Data Entry

All of our Data Entry forms are equipped with high-end macros. Sorting or filtering tables within Excel is a standard feature,

but can either be tedious to apply or for some users not be a known option at all. With our macros and Userform designs,

you have everything you need to quickly find, create, update or delete any entry.

Template Sheet

Within this template sheet, everything from the top until the “Total Amount” row will be populated automatically. Also, you do have several customization options available.

1. Formulas and cell formats

To start off, any formulas or formats within this sheet can be changed to your personal preference. Just make sure, that you don’t change their cell position by inserting a new column or row for example.

2. Custom sections below the “Total Amount” row

Custom sections, designs, or text can be added here. New rows can be added, but no additional columns since this would jeopardize certain macro functions.

3. Custom Header and Footer design

Custom designs can be created and easily be implemented in the header and footer section for this template.

Export to PDF

A quick and simple export feature can be used from the Menu Userform.

The current quote_template sheet will be exported as a pdf file and based on your settings,

either open this file right after or simply be saved to the designated path without being opened.
